Welcome to the Milestones Research Springboard!

Welcome to MilestonesResearch.org, a website operated by the Milestones Study Centre, at the University of Manitoba. Winnipeg, Canada. We are university faculty members and students who conduct non-commercial internet-based research on infant and child development.

We are interested the milestones and changes that young children pass through as they grow, so we are conducting a series of research studies that parents can join. You can do this anonymously and for free, and it will take very little of your time. We will add your report to those of many other parents. By combining the observations and wisdom of many we can discover new truths about the many paths that babies and children follow as they grow up.

All our research has been approved by the Research Ethics Board at the University of Manitoba. We take our ethical responsibilities seriously so that you can be sure of the integrity of our study findings. We will ask you for some basic information about your child and your family so we can describe the people who are participating in our studies. We won't share information about you or your family with others. We won't try to sell you anything. We won't contact you later unless you have given us permission to do so.

We see this as a worldwide community project, so if you are a parent, please join others from all over the world and help us through your participation. If you know another parent who might be interested, please pass along our address, MilestonesResearch.org.
